Yakima Auto Repair

Over the 6 years we have lived in Yakima, we have taken numerous vehicles to Westside Car Care for checkups and repair. Each time the staff has always been patient, courteous, helpful, and quick in the turnaround of our vehicles. They've also always been financially reasonable to work with too! I am confident in the quality of their work and really appreciate the friendliness and customer service I receive each time I walk in the door or pick up the phone to give them a call. You guys are great. My rig wasn't running Good at all today. Called they said wouldn't be able to get to it till Thursday. So loaned me a car. They called at 2:30 said they had a couple of cancellations and were able to get to my rig after all. Picked it up at 4ish. Thank you so very much.

I really appreciated West Side Car Care. Very professional and when they were working on my car and noticed something else that needed repaired they called right away and gave me an update with on the spot quote and time-frame. Most times they charged less than they quoted, which was surprising to me cause most other car shops have charged exact amount or higher. They’re quality is also top-notch. Highly recommend!
