This shop has gone above and beyond for me. I brought in my European transmission that was grinding in first and second. The owner Brad, took the transmission apart, and rebuilt it with new parts quickly and inexpensively. When I gor the transmission back, I put it into my car and it wasn't working right. When I took my car back into Brad, he pulled the transmission down and apart again. And fixed the problem for me free of charge. I was updated on the progress of my car and it's problems. Brad has done an amazing job, and my transmission is working perfectly. I would recommend anyone to go by Westside Car Care with their vehicle. The service was above and beyond, and everything was done wonderfully. Thank you Westside Car Care!

Took my car in to get the A/C fixed. They came back 1.5 hours later to tell me they didn't fix my A/C and wanted to charge me $500 to get everything fixed. Everywhere else wanted to charge me no more than $200 for the exact same thing.. They're a total rip off.

I Went to Westside Car Care for the first time about a month ago with my old 1998 Mercury mystique. I should of just taken it there in the first place instead me trying to save money I ended up finding a guy on Craigslist that didn't know what the actual problem was. I ended up spending about 800 dollars and my car still wasn't fixed. So I had it towed to Westside Car Care and they told me my engine was bad which stunk but also I was glad to finally know the problem. So I bought another car after that a 2005 Chevy Malibu and the check engine light came on. I took it in and they said it was the Catlyitic convertor and oxygen sensor. They told me the problem right away and also recommend a few other things that needed to be fixed. The Staff is Friendly and will give you a ride home if you need it the Mechanics are all ASE certified and they fixed my converter, oxygen sensor, and gave me a tune up all in the same day. Best Shop around and would recommend to Anyone. ( Also they have a great Financing plan with a great Warranty would ask them about it if someone who doesn't have the NAPA Easy pay credit card goes to them and is reading this)

Went in to have my Honda Ridgeline serviced and the experience was top notch. Although this is a mechanic shop, the inside is clean, free of any oil and well organized. Not normally the environment for shops, so well designed. The front receptionists were kind and educated me on all my car needs and pricing. All the mechanics have ASE certification and free coffee for customers! They were honest and straight forward, I would recommend to anyone looking to have honest work done to a vehicle.

My car needed a new starter and it was broken down in my driveway. I called a couple of shops got pricing but they were not able to take my car in to fix it. I called Westside Car Care and they took me in that day. They were professional and quick and to top it off their pricing was less then the other shops.Love this place I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Westside Car Care!

The service advisor is always so friendly and really knows what she is talking about when she explains repairs. I was able to get my car in right away for service. I will definitely recommend Westside Car Care to my friends and family.

Brad and his crew are awesome. Iv taken our vehicles to a lot of mechanic shops around Yakima, and this is by far the best I have dealt with. Every time any of our family vehicles is in trouble, they are always quick to figure out whats wrong, quick to get us back on the road. Their customer service is outstanding, the prices are very affordable, and they stand behind their work. If they tell you something is fixed, and you leave the shop, and there are any problems with their work, they will keep working on it till the problem is fixed. Highly recommended!

I have an Audi that is spend to fix! By the time I met Brad (Owner) and Theresa the front office clerk I was at my wits end. Had spent thousands in auto bills and never getting real answers. I am so thankful to have them by my side!!!! They have literally stood by every word they've said. They will go the extra mile again and again. They are the least expensive shop I know and are so honest. Went to pick up my car for a coolant leak and they even cut my bill in half and told me it didn't take as long to do the job. That never happens anywhere else!!!!! Stop in and give these folks a shot. You won't regret it.
